Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring an IA or compact RN license and on-call availability.

It is a 13-week assignment with shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and an on-call schedule every 6th weekend with 1-2 shifts per week. Must reside within 60 miles of the facility for travel rate eligibility and provide COVID vaccination documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license IA or Compact.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• NIHSS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital setting.
• 13-week assignment with shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• On-call requirement of every 6th weekend with 1-2 call shifts per week.
• Provide perioperative nursing care within the Operating Room.
• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility for travel rate eligibility.
• Local candidates may be considered depending on state-specific rate policies.
• COVID vaccination documentation required for consideration.
