Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Glendale, AZ. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for surgical patients in the operating room, delivering high-quality patient care in alignment with standards.

This travel assignment involves 10-hour days, 40 hours per week, and requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Experience in operating room setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical patients in the operating room.
• Coordinate preoperative and postoperative care.
• Document care in line with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
