Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with an active IL RN license and at least 2 years of OR experience for a 13-week assignment.

This travel nursing role requires 12-hour shifts (3 per week), on-call duties, and the ability to assess and implement individualized care plans within a hospital environment. Housing allowance and travel reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a hospital OR setting.
• Work 12-hour shifts, 3 per week.
• On-call responsibilities as needed.
• Assess and plan patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Contribute to patient education and care coordination.
