Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• Active Illinois RN license (or in process) is required.
• Minimum of three years' OR experience.
• Experience across multiple service lines including general surgery, trauma, bariatric, neurology, orthopedics, plastic surgery, transplant, urology, and emergency management.

Responsibilities

• Administer blood products and ensure infection control.
• Uphold radiation safety and specimen handling protocols.
• Follow universal protocol and manage urinary bladder catheterization.
• Float rotation may be required to meet facility needs.
