Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Springfield, Illinois. The role requires advanced perioperative skills and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.

The position offers a travel opportunity with a 13-week duration, 36 hours per week, and a 12-hour day shift. Candidates must have an IL nursing license, BLS, and Cerner experience, plus trauma level I exposure and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois nursing license or active IL license application.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years OR nursing experience.
• Trauma level I experience.
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care for diverse patient population across multiple service lines (excluding cardiovascular).
• Maintain adherence to surgical protocols and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
