Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in Weston, Florida. The OR RN will provide perioperative care, prepare the operating room, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety.

The position offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and travel benefits. Requirements include 1 year OR RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS; CNOR/ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room and ensures sterile setup for each procedure.
• Assists in patient positioning and maintains sterile field during surgery.
• Documents perioperative care and communicates with the surgical team.
• Monitors patient status and ensures safety throughout the procedure.
• Restocks and cleans the OR between cases per protocol.
