Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room by ensuring all required instruments are ready.
• Assists in positioning and preparing patients for surgery.
• Maintains a sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
• Anticipates needs, providing instruments and support to the surgical team.
• Monitors patient conditions during surgery, documenting changes.
• Handles surgical instruments and supplies as per protocols.
• Documents all aspects of patient care in the perioperative setting.
