Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel RN for the Operating Room in Cedar Rapids, IA. This 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and travel benefits.

The OR RN will prepare the operating room, support patient positioning, maintain sterile technique, and monitor the patient throughout surgery while collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality perioperative care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent OR RN experience
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and sterile supplies for procedures
• Assist in patient positioning and maintain sterile field
• Monitor patient status during surgery and document changes
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure safety and infection control
