Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Windsor, Vermont. This 13-week contract runs 40 hours per week in a busy surgical unit.

The Clinical Nurse will circulate and scrub, support General Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, and other services, caring for patients 16 and older, with cataract experience required and Cerner EMR usage. Vermont license, BLS and ACLS are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Cataract experience is required.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in surgical nursing.
• Scrubbing and circulating for surgeries is necessary.
• Phase I/PACU experience is required.
• Must possess a valid Vermont nursing license.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Function effectively as a circulating nurse and scrubbing nurse in the surgical services department.
• Provide specialized care for a variety of surgical services.
• Administer care to patients aged 16 and older.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
