• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:45 AM–3:30 PM
• Call: 7–10 days/month, including weekends; call coverage 3:30 PM–7:00 PM
• Cancellation: Up to 3 cancellations during the contract
• Equipment: Hana Tables, Stryker, Arthrex & Medacta
