Hiring Process:

• Profile review → Manager interview

Radius Rule:

• 60 miles (Driver’s License required at submission)

Clinician must be in-state during orientation week (even if modules are remote).

Unit Details

• 6 OR suites | ~7 cases/day (volume increasing in 2026)
• Common cases: General, Ortho, GYN, Spine, Neuro; also Urology, Eyes, ENT
• OR techs/CSTs available

Requirements

• Must have: DaVinci robot, Spine & Neuro experience
• Certs: BLS, ACLS
• Scrubbing not required (nice to have)
• EMR: Epic

Schedule & Call

• 12‑hr shifts (0645–1915) | 3 days/week
• Weeknight call: ~1–2 nights/week (1900–0700)
• Weekend call: ~1 weekend/month (Sat 0700–Mon 0700; primary + backup)
• Holiday call: Possible based on needs
• Call response time: 30 minutes

Other

• Floating very rare (helping hands only)
• Scrubs: Blue, provided by hospital
• Orientation: Tailored to traveler experience
