**Required Experience and Skills:**- **Epic Experience:** Required within the last 12 months and must be detailed on the submission profile.- **Travel Experience:** Required.- **1 Year Experience:** Circulator experience is required; PACU experience is preferred.- **Charting System Experience:** Required with Allscripts.**Licensure and Certifications:**- **License:** Active TN or compact license.- **Certifications:**- BLS (Basic Life Support)- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support - preferred)**Technical and Procedure Skills:**- Proficiency in various surgical procedures such as Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arthroscopy, Cholecystectomy, Colonoscopy, and more.- Experience with robotic systems and specific surgical procedures like Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and Mako Surgical System.**Preferred Experience:**- Community Hospital Experience- Epic competency exam pass (only one attempt allowed)**General Requirements:**- **COVID-19 Vaccine:** Required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).- **Flu Vaccine:** Required (no exemptions).- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required unless otherwise specified.- Must pass the Epic competency exam; failure results in cancellation.- Candidates should possess all necessary certifications listed by submission time.- Two supervisory references required by submission time.
