ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel RN (OR) for a 13-week assignment in Amarillo, Texas. The OR nurse will work 4x10-hour days with rotating days off and call responsibilities, 40 hours per week, starting 10/05/2026.

Responsibilities include administering meds, assisting in procedures, and coordinating care with the surgical team. Must have an RN license (State or Compact), BLS, and Epic experience; at least 1 year of nursing experience, and travel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• RN license (State or Compact) at time of submittal.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic charting systems is preferred.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Surgical Services will provide comprehensive patient care for individuals undergoing surgical procedures. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing nursing interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN will handle a variety of surgical cases and assist in the planning and execution of care pre- and post-operatively.
