• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active Michigan/MILicense as stated in LARA and/or Nursys

Preferred Experience

• Recent travel work experience (highly preferred)

Required Documentation

• Skills Checklist current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Operating Room)
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed within the last two years

Preferred Location

• Candidates' permanent address within a 50-mile radius is required for local candidates for a 1-13 week contract.
