Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Start date 10/19/2026 and 40 hours per week, dayshift, with competitive pay and benefits.

The OR RN will prep the OR, assist surgical teams, maintain sterile technique, and ensure patient safety throughout perioperative care. Valid RN license in MA and BLS required; one year OR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of OR RN experience
• Valid RN license in MA
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room and ensures sterile supplies are ready
• Maintains a sterile field and follows infection control protocols
• Assists in positioning patients and moving equipment as needed
• Documents patient care and participates in handoffs during perioperative care
