Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and ensure sterile supplies are ready.
• Assist in positioning and preparing patients for surgery.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Anticipate and provide support to the surgical team.
• Monitor patient's condition during surgery and document changes.
• Handle surgical instruments, ensuring proper use and sterility.
• Manage specimen collection and labeling.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately.
• Collaborate with the surgical team for compliance with standards.
