Cross Country Nurses is seeking an Operating Room RN for a travel assignment in Colorado. The role involves surgical circulator duties and PACU responsibilities in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will work primarily days with call coverage including Fridays and weekends, averaging 7–12 days per month.

Schedule is day shift M-Th 7:00 AM–5:30 PM with call to Fridays/weekends; minimum 40 hours per week. Requires CO RN license, BLS, PALS, ACLS, and EFM training within specified periods.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Associate degree required with a Bachelors degree preferred.
• Colorado RN licensure in good standing; compact license accepted, Colorado license to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification; PALS and ACLS required within 6 months of hire (facility may provide).
• EFM course completed within 4 months of hire or at facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical circulator duties and PACU responsibilities in a fast-paced OR.
• Supervise non-professional staff, assist physicians, and ensure timely execution of medical orders.
• Document patient care accurately and use clinical documentation systems.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and participate in safety protocols.
