HealthForce Healthcare seeks an RN OR Circulator for a travel assignment in Borger, Texas. The position runs for 13 weeks starting 08/31/2026, with weekly pay between $2,209 and $2,301 and no guaranteed hours.

The role requires covering 5x8 shifts and on-call duties for General Surgery and OB-GYN cases, with potential ortho cases as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining a sterile field, organizing instruments, and coordinating with anesthesia and staff to ensure safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform OR circulator duties in surgical settings (General Surgery, OB-GYN, with potential ortho).
• Available for 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibilities.
• Willing to participate in a 13-week travel assignment in Borger, TX.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the circulating nurse for operative procedures, maintaining a sterile field and assisting the surgical team.
• Prepare the OR, ensure proper positioning, and manage instrument and implant counts with accuracy.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and staff, select appropriate instrumentation, and monitor intraoperative safety.
• Assist with case flow, specimen labeling, and documentation while maintaining patient privacy and comfort.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, nursing, and support staff to ensure timely, safe patient care.
• Provide coverage for on-call periods as required by the assignment.
