Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in the state of Florida.
• 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide education to patients and families from admission to discharge.
• Document education and initiate referrals as needed.
• Deliver competent, compassionate nursing care per policy.
• Administer medications as ordered and respond to code situations.
• Support oxygen therapy and bedside procedures as required.
• Manage admissions, transfers and discharge processes.
• Verify and sign off orders and collect lab specimens.
• Evaluate nursing care plans for safety and effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
