Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a circulating role in Rockford, IL. The position emphasizes ortho, neuro, and podiatry cases with rotation call coverage. You will circulate on OR shifts and work four 10-hour days per week, with options for early or late shifts.

Applicants must hold an IL RN license and AHA certifications; RQI is not accepted. Travel requirements include residing outside a 50-mile radius, with housing and licensure reimbursements provided.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license required
• Strong skill set in orthopedic, neurological, and podiatric surgical cases required
• AHA certifications required; RQI not accepted

Responsibilities

• Circulating in Operating Room unit
• Four 10-hour day shifts per week (6:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-7:30pm)
• Rotational call including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least one year and relocated with a new address to be eligible as a traveler
