Job summary

Soliant is seeking a CVOR Tech to join a high‑volume cardiovascular OR team in Atlanta. The role offers travel‑friendly assignments and exposure to a specialized surgical environment, with opportunities to collaborate with seasoned healthcare professionals and expand skills.

Ideal candidates have CST certification and 1–2 years CVOR experience, strong sterile technique, and BLS. Competitive stipends for housing/meals, healthcare, 401(k), and travel support are included.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with emphasis in cardiovascular procedures preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a CVOR or related surgical tech setting.
• Proficiency in sterile technique and confident handling of specialized cardiovascular OR instruments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress operating room environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room for complex surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team throughout procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring all necessary equipment is sterile and accessible.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and other staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Participate in equipment setup, case turnover, and restocking supplies.
