Qualifications

• Active CST certification required.
• Experienced in Operating Room Tech duties and sterile field management.
• Minimum one year of ORT/Surgical Tech experience in acute care preferred.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures while maintaining patient safety.
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments per procedures.
• Monitor surgical inventory and readiness for procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and surgical team for optimal care.
• Uphold clinical and safety standards during every procedure.
