Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel Surgical Technician in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role supports OR procedures across general, gynecologic, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, neurological, and trauma cases, with on-call rotation and weekend coverage. Strong precepting ability required.

Qualifications include NBSTSA, BLS, and 5 years of current surgical technologist experience. Travel assignment spans 13 weeks with 40 hours/week, days only, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• NBSTSA certification is required.
• AHA BLS certification is required.
• 5 years of current surgical technologist experience.
• Proficiency in general, gynecologic, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, neurological, and trauma procedures.
• Ability to precept.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures across a range of specialties.
• Perform duties in the operating room to support patient care.
• Precept and mentor junior staff as needed.
