Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in New Haven, CT. The RN will scrub and/or circulate for operative procedures and handle department admissions to the operative suite under supervision of a RN in the OR.

Minimum requirements include current RN license in the state of practice, BLS, and health-related certifications; one year OR experience preferred within the last three years, with PA/PPD or Chest X-Ray current.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which he/she practices.
• One year operating room experience in acute care preferred within last three years.
• Current BLS card.
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Responsabilités

• Scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures.
• Department admissions to the operative suite.
• Reports to the Nurse Manager and is supervised by the RN in the OR.
