Travel Nurse – OR Circulate (RN)

Location: Big Spring, Texas

Start Date & Duration

Start date: July 13, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks

Work Hours

36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts

Responsibilities

Assist the surgical team throughout pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative phases. Ensure patient safety and comfort, maintain sterility, coordinate equipment, assist in laparoscopic procedures, manage charting and documentation, and follow Infection Control and Universal Protocol standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OR circulation and 2 years of travel nursing experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Familiarity with procedures: Appendectomy, C‑section, Cholecystectomy, Laparoscopic surgery, etc.
• COVID‑19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical or religious exemptions only)
• Ability to travel within a 110‑mile radius of Big Spring, Texas
