Responsibilities

• Perform circulatory, scrub, and charge duties in the operating room.
• Assist with complex surgical procedures including abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, craniotomies, spinal fusions, gunshot/stab wound repairs, and endovascular/vascular procedures.
• Support high‑volume, fast‑paced OR environments.
• Provide coverage for up to 8 weekday on‑call shifts and up to 9 weekend call shifts with 30‑minute recall during the 13‑week assignment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience.
• Experience as a circulating, scrubbing, and charging nurse.
• Level I trauma experience required; Level II trauma experience may be considered.
• Experience in general, orthopedic, spine, trauma, and neuro cases (e.g., craniotomies).
• Proficiency with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and laparoscopic procedures.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting preferred.
• Must be able to float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital as needed.

Certifications & Licensure

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid compact license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.

Shift & On‑Call Requirements

• 3 × 12‑hour night shifts per week (1900‑0700).
• Up to 8 weekday on‑call shifts and up to 9 weekend on‑call shifts per 13‑week period, with a 30‑minute recall.
