Job summary

Amergis is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Lexington, Kentucky. Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Minimum one year of oncology nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Health certificate current per contract or state regulation
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement and document nursing care for oncology patients.
• In hospital settings, assist with surgery prep and coordination of cancer treatments.
• In outpatient settings, assist with chemotherapy and infusions and monitor vitals, side effects and pain
