Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse for infusional care in Lewiston, Maine. This 12-week assignment offers days shifts with pay up to $672–$768 gross per shift, translated to $56–$64 per hour, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy and related therapies, patient assessments, education, and coordination with the oncology team. Requires active RN license in the state, BLS and ACLS on hire, and at least 1 year of oncology experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• ACLS certification required on hire.
• Minimum of 1 year RN Oncology experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to oncology patients in an infusion setting.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions per protocol.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment response and side effects.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Ensure adherence to oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
• Communicate clinical changes, labs, and diagnostic results to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.

Pay Transparency:

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $56.00 to $64.00. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
