Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and provide rehabilitation services to patients requiring OT. You will develop individualized care plans and deliver skilled interventions per physician orders, while monitoring progress and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, has NBCOT, active Alaska state licensure or in process, CPR certification, and at least one year of professional

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must pass NBCOT exam and hold current state licensure or be in process.
• CPR certification and minimum of one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities
