Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist to support patients across multiple facilities. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT services to help patients regain daily skills while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include flexible travel, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adapting to diverse clinical settings. Active OT license in good standing is required; BLS may be necessary.

• Active State License required
• BLS certification may be necessary
