Job summary

Critical Connection, Inc. is looking for a passionate travel Occupational Therapist (OT) in Hot Springs, South Dakota. This position focuses on helping patients regain independence after hospitalization within a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Active (or pending) state OT license.
• Experience in SNF preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments.
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management.
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning.
