Responsibilities include providing therapy services, adhering to standards, and ensuring quality patient care during 8-hour day shifts on a 5x8 schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent rehabilitation experience as an OT.
• Current Indiana OT license or licensure pending.
