Day shift, 8-hour shifts, five days per week with variable start time; no weekend or holiday requirements. Caseload includes a diverse geriatric, pediatric, neurological, and orthopedic patient population.

• Willow Creek Occupational Therapy department.
• Caseload of 7-10 patients per day.
• Diverse patient population including geriatric, pediatric, neurological, and orthopedic diagnoses.
• Epic EMR used.
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week with variable start time.
• No weekend or holiday requirements.
• Provide general rehab care to a wide variety of patients under a lead therapist.
• Support from a rehab tech who assists with cleaning and patient care tasks.
• Department-specific orientation includes 1-2 shifts, Epic training, and mentored patient care start.
• Business casual dress code.
• Local rate available for clinicians with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility, though no radius rule applies.
• Cancellation policy allows up to 12 hours off per 13-week assignment without penalty.
