Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The OT will work 40 hours per week with days shifts in a travel employment type.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience (1 year preferred) and hold BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensing. We are looking for an OT who can stand and walk for long periods, and who understands anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Qualifications

• Requires 6 months of OT experience; 1 year preferred
• BLS and NBCOT-OTR with state license required
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform activities

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and assess needs
• Develop and implement a treatment plan with goals
• Assist patients with activities and tasks according to plan
• Evaluate home/workplace adaptations to support care
• Document progress and comply with state/insurance guidelines
