Looking for a Peds OT to work Days (Mon-Fri).

Start Date: ASAP - Any Monday

Shift Length (hours): 8-10 hours - 38.5 - 40 hours per week

Shift Start: no earlier than 730am

Shift End: no later than 6pm

Clinic hours are M-R 730-6 and Fridays 730-430

Fridays are a must - but would consider a 4-day schedule (38.5)

Will be working with pediatric outpatient patients with a wide variety of diagnoses.

Skills required include acute care, outpatient clinic, and pediatrics.

EPIC experienced is preferred.

Traveler's primary residence must be more than 25 miles from facility.
