Role:

Outpatient Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in therapy services.

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient occupational therapy care, including inpatient rehab experience, to patients. Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements, including BLS. Maintain accurate documentation and references. Deliver therapy during scheduled 9-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid OT license in WA, at least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience, BLS certification, SSN, DOB, and one professional reference. Strong patient care skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
