Shift : Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week,with rotating weekends

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements : VA License

At least 3 years' experience (3-5 years' experience)

At least 1 year of travel, two years are preferred

Other Details : Locals are accepted

• Patient population : Stroke, Amputee, Hip Fx, medical patients
• Support staff We have 2 rehab techs to support PT / OT / ST team. 1 PPS coordinator, 1 Social Worker, 2 Referral Liaisons, 1 Admin Assistant.
