*Please note that this open position is for a nationwide traveler and is not specific to any one location. The role requires travel across various regions*

As an internal traveler, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of travel therapy while also having access to the resources of a private practice, including the mentorship and professional development that sets PT Solutions apart. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and Activities of Daily Living. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidence-based practice for our patients.

• Strong Communication & Relationships: Fostering an interdisciplinary team approach with dynamic and ongoing communication with all staff members to provide well-rounded treatment to all patients
• Patient Outcomes: Creating efficient treatment plans that allow patients to return to their prior level of functioning
• Patient Satisfaction: Building trust & communication leading to great patient satisfaction scores

MUST HAVES

• Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program
• State Licensure (Additional Reimbursement for initial licensing and renewal fees)
• Registered with NBCOT
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association
• Exceptional Communication and Coachability preferred

PAY RANGE

• Pay Range $87,000 - $100,000 per year
• Up to $10k sign-on bonus
• Up to $30k tax-exempt living stipend
• Incentive plan

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position. This does not include bonuses).
