Solomon Page is seeking a traveling Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing team in Monterey, California. This 13-week assignment requires 40 hours per week, with dayshift hours and a 8-hour shift pattern.

You will develop and implement individualized care plans, document progress, and update medical records. This travel role offers benefits and exposure to diverse clinical settings through Solomon Page’s healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited OT program is required.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, communicate, and implement the patient’s individualized care plan using equipment and exercises to support progress.
