Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for LTC in St Charles, MO. This travel/contract role offers 40 hours per week with a 13-week contract, and includes travel/housing stipend for eligible travelers.

Position requires 1–2 years LTC or Rehab OT experience, an OT license (state or compact), and BLS certification. Start ASAP with full-time schedule, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm, in Saint Charles facility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years LTC or Rehab OT experience required.
• OT license for state applying or compact if applicable required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides all aspects of Occupational Therapy services to the assigned caseload.
• Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports.
• Supervise Assistant / Aide staff as guided by governing board.
• Designs and fabricates splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions.
• Designs and administers treatment programs to increase patients' functioning.
• Uses therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, ROM, and fine-motor coordination.
• All other duties within scope and practice as assigned.
• Must be willing to float to a facility nearby.
