Job summary

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy license (state-appropriate).
• Eligibility to practice as a traveling clinician in the United States.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ability to work in a clinical inpatient setting and contribute to an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Experience delivering OT services across diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop OT treatment plans to restore and improve abilities.
• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs; track progress and document outcomes.
• Implement interventions addressing fine motor skills, ADLs, and upper-extremity function; adjust plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; co-lead patient groups when appropriate.
• Monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and ongoing discharge planning; communicate progress.
