Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The OT will provide comprehensive, evidence-based interventions to help patients develop and regain independence, while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Required qualifications include a valid OT license and current BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree, NBCOT (OTR) certification, and OTA experience; a supportive, travel-friendly

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT Certification (OTR) preferred.
• Active OT license in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions per treatment plan.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to improve independence in daily living.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
• Track progress and adjust plans; maintain documentation in medical records.
