Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Springfield, Ohio. The role requires OT licensure in Ohio, OASIS experience, and a valid driver’s license, with 40 hours/week on a days shift for 13 weeks.

You will provide occupational therapy services in home health settings, manage OASIS documentation, and travel within a designated territory. SHC offers comprehensive benefits and round‑the‑clock support for traveling therapists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in home health settings in Springfield, OH and surrounding areas.
• Complete OASIS documentation and charting.
• Travel to designated territory with reliable transportation.
