Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Home Health assignment in Marion, Indiana. This contract position runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and travel opportunities across the United States.

The candidate must have graduated from an accredited OT program, hold a current state OT license or be in process, and possess CPR certification. Home health experience is a plus, and responsibilities include delivering OT services per physician orders
