Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a Home Health assignment based in Hermiston, Oregon. This contract runs for 13 weeks and requires 40 hours per week with a daytime shift (8 hours).

The role is travel-based, offering recruitment support and housing assistance as part of the package. The travel OT will work in home health settings, supporting patients in the Hermiston area under a travel contract.
