Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Grants Pass, Oregon. You will help patients regain or improve daily living skills in home health settings while enjoying travel benefits and housing support.

The role offers full-time hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with no weekend or on-call requirements, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits in a travel contract environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
CPR certification.
Home health experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in home health settings within Grants Pass and Josephine County.
Assess, plan, implement and re-evaluate individualized therapy programs.
Coordinate with patients, families and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
Travel between visits with mileage reimbursement starting from first to last patient.
