Healthforce is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA. The 13-week position runs 12/01/2026–~02/24/2027, with 35 guaranteed hours per week and a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.

The role requires an active MA OT license (or eligibility); experience in geriatric/ SNF settings is preferred. Travel support, credentialing assistance, and extension opportunities provided.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ physical function and daily living activities to identify therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve independence in ADLs.
• Monitor progress, adjust goals, and communicate outcomes to the team.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social services to coordinate care.
• Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
