TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a Florence, South Carolina assignment. The position is 13 weeks long, full-time at 40 hours per week, with dayshift hours. OT with NBCOT-OTR certification and state licensure is required, with 6 months minimum experience; new grads are welcome to apply.

The OT will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and educate families. Travel staffing offers a tax-free stipend and weekly pay as part of TotalMed Allied’s travel program.

Formación

• Must have BLS certification.
• NBCOT (OTR) national certification with state licensure.
• 6 months of OT experience required; new grads welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Review patients' medical history and observe tasks.
• Evaluate patient condition and needs.
• Develop a treatment plan with specific goals and activities.
• Assist patients with activities and skills for daily living.
• Evaluate home or workplace for potential improvements.
• Educate family and employer on accommodations and care.
• Recommend equipment and instruct on use.
• Document progress and complete required documentation.
