Job summary

Alpine Therapy Services, LLC in Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve clients in the Denver metro area, including Lakewood, Littleton, Denver, Glendale, and surrounding communities. Roles involve evaluating clients in home settings and delivering personalized therapy plans.

You will implement treatment schedules, adjust goals with progress, and collaborate with families and care teams. A Bachelor’s is required, with Master’s or Doctorate preferred, and an active Colorado OT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Current OT licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skill.
• Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing therapy evaluations in the community or place of residence according to OT standards of practice and state standards.
• Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust the schedule and plan according to patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being, directly or through consultation, delegation, supervision, or teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable.
• Participate as assigned in quality assessment performance improvement initiatives, and maintain professional knowledge and experience through ongoing education and training.
