Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. You will evaluate and develop plans of care for patients needing daily living skills, working in acute care settings. Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR; 6 months of experience is acceptable for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR National Certification with state-specific licensing.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

• Review patients' medical history, observe tasks, and assess needs.
• Develop treatment plans with specific goals and activities.
• Educate family and employer on care and adaptations.
• Document progress for evaluations and reporting to physicians.
